There's one guy that works there that is unbearably smug and rude for no reason at all. Also, they rarely have a good stock of phones at this location. Best option is to go to the Leominster location near Starbucks.
Employees aren't very friendly and almost seem annoyed by customers. Multiple times I have called the store and the phones would be busy for hours. Literally. I'd rather drive to Leominster.
I went online to see about porting 4 lines from Verizon and wound up filling out some questionnaire that said to go to a store and give them a code and "Yeah, we should totally talk". I get there and there are two reps, they said hello, I explained why I was there, one asked my girlfriend what phone she had, then said "Yeah, they're basically all the same". From this point neither of them either stood or said a word to us until right before I walked out to say "you're welcome" after I said thank you. They had one other customer who was gone by the time we finished looking around. Worse. Ending. Ever.
Single handily the worst sprint store around. It’s not even a legitimate sprint store it’s a “third party” store and ofcourse they don’t tell you that. They clearly don’t know what they are doing. I’ve had terrible experiences every time I have gone there. Leominster sprint store is beyond better and just a couple towns away. Don’t ever do business with the Gardner sprint, it is awfully operated.
One worker gave us 2 free phone cases to just to find out he order a completely different phone so I had to pay out of pocket for 2 cases. Was very rude. Told me I don't know what I'm talking about. Last time their store was disgusting old dunkin donuts cups all over the place. Computers kept crashing. The guy goes through your personal stuff.
