Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Was extremely helpful and got my phone working in no time. I highly recommend. Not to mention it's the cheapest repair I've ever seen.
Phil was great and professional. Unfortunately a third party server crashed while he was working on my phone. He warned me about the crash and told me he would get back to me in regards to the crash. When he informed me the crash affect his ability to deliver the service requested, he very quickly followed up with an apology and that he would not charge me for the time he did spend working on it. Prior to the crash, he made every effort to do it first thing in the AM as promised. I will definitely return here if I need a phone repair again.

I have been to the Cellular Exchange a few times in the past for computer issues and have always been happy with the service and knowledge Phil the owner has. Recently, I bought an Iphone for my son, the phone had an issue and I contacted Phil. He told me to bring the phone in and he would look at it. He did in fact get it going again, but within a few days it wasn't working correctly again. I brought it into the store and he told me he would replace it no problem, and that it would be a few days as he didn't have another one in the store. Later that day he called me and said instead of waiting he was just going to upgrade the phone to a better one instead of making us wait. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied!!! And he really made my 13 year olds day!!!
