I was very pleased with the honest service I received. Prior to going to Meineke I was told from the dealership I needed a new exhaust system and quoted $900.00+. My SUV is 10 years old and with plans to keep it for only another year or so I didn't see the need to have brand parts. I called Meineke and they were certain they could do better than that. I made an appt. for the next day and when I arrived I was greeted promptly and my car was taken in immediately. It turns out the issue was the tail pipe disconnected from the muffler. The mechanic brought me out to my car, showed me exactly what was wrong and clearly explained my options which ultimately did not include replacing the entire exhaust system. Within 15 minutes I was in and out and was saved SEVERAL hundred dollars.

Friendly service, found I had a blown gasket but missed that I had a cracked manifold? Paid to have the exhaust looked at so I assumed that they would find all issues with exhaust. Guess not. Prob won't go back for vehicle issues.
Was welcomed with an attitude only to find out they don't check appt logs from there website. Garbage
