Professional , always courteous, very helpful, great staff, genuine interest in your animal. I have been with them for many years, and when two of my dogs past, the staff was very empathetic and did everything to ease the burden of our loss, even received Sympathy cards from the staff! We just love this place! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional Veterinary service for your pets! Love, love, love them!❤
Our four legged family members have been cared for here for over 20 years. They have always had the best care. We have a 6 ½ year old mix breed that was diagnosed with seizures at age 3 and he has been well cared for with frequent follow up and labs to ensure the medication is helping him and not harming him. This past week we called right before closing after our dog had an injury. They took him right in, never felt like they were rushing and called to check in on him a few days later.
Friendly, personable staff! Everyone we have dealt with over the years has been great! They are very professional and always give the best care for our pets, they even call the day after an appointment to make sure you have no questions or concerns! Their obedience classes and doggy daycare program are great too!
Dr. Hurley is great! I will be having him as my primary vet going forward. Love the office and feel they have wonderful services!! My one concern is that it doesn’t seem the vets are on the same page. I was told my dog needed specialized food or would be at risk for kidney stones, but when my husband brought him in he was told he could go off it and back to a grain free diet. Then my dog started having skin problems and a third vet suggested going on a special diet for skin and urinary, being important to keep the uriniary diet piece. Getting different statements, I’m unsure of what direction to go.
To Dr. Hurley, Dr. Mike, Kim and Entire Staff: Thank you for providing many years of medical care and advice. Our Snowball lived to be 19 years old and passed on Dec. 23 2017. He will be deeply missed. Have a very Happy and healthy New Year!
