You have them set appointments for you and you have a complete schedule appointments all set up for you then theyturn aaround and move or cancel your appointments on you with OUT YOUR permission then u call them back and they say they wil call you baco and don't this place is not a good placw to recommend any one to they suck
Absolutely unprofessional - I would go to Ramsey in Fitchburg over this place. They do not log anything when you call to cancel and appointment nor do they give you the courtesy of a phone call to state they will no longer treat you, because you missed an appointment which my husband called in to state that there was a DEATH in my family.. They did not say anything like.. "sorry for your loss" no did the girl log the call. This place is a joke.
friendly relaxed atmosphere found the therapists to be extremely helpful and compassionate. would not be able to use my arms today without them. the receptionists were understanding and helpful as well if for instance an appointment had to be cancelled or rescheduled.
