An older woman made me cry in store and feel unwelcome because I was buying a product she doesn't like. She refused to ring me out and made me wait, confused, for 10 minutes before someone else came up to ring me out. That woman should be fired if she doesn't like the medication I needed. I needed it to balance my period out before a concert that week and she humiliated me...
Calling on the phone and when I pressed 3 to talk someone in the pharmacy someone picked up the call and instantly hung up on me.
Their pharmacy staff is all prim and proper! I was treated horribly by them several times before I stood up for myself. I was in tears. I will never step foot back into that pharmacy!
In a building less then 10 years old, and it shows. The floor plan was well designed and easily navigable. Little bit cheaper then the other drug store will make it worth your time to choose them over the other guy.
