I used to like it more when we worked more out of our local office then by phone and computer with distance offices I'd rather stop in and get the personal service that we used to I'm try my best to go in and get things done that way sometimes progress isn't progress

Great friendly service and also saved me money . The female supervisor is a real asset to your company. She made buying insurance pleasurable.
An agent went over all my coverage with a fine tooth comb, and found my about $400 in yearly savings, without sacrificing coverage, and I really appreciated the time, one of my complaints was "why do I need an insurance agent?"well because they found places where I had coverage or deductibles that didn't make sense for me, and adjusted them, and that saved me $$ Thank you for bringing back the personal service that I originally went to you for.
Update:
I drove an hour to pick up claim checks here, when I asked to use the rest room, I was told "We have no public restroom" When I explained that I had an hour drive back the receptionist told me "I can't do anything for you, our restroom is through the computer room, and I would get in trouble if I let you in there" This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I used to live in the area, but kept our insurance through insurance center when we moved about an hour away. They used to be much nicer here. I will be taking my 5 policies elsewhere.
