Counter clerk is mentally unstable, threw the monitor and keyboard off the counter, screaming and hollering.
Was what I expected from a plumbing supply shop. They are used to dealing with plumbers and people who know what they are looking for so it's not really a place to go "shopping" or poke around and look at inventory. If you know what you need, they probably have it. When I went, I had a bit of a special request (wanted only certain parts of the heater covers that cover the forced hot water elements) and they were able to help me out.
