I love shopping at the Gardner Hannaford. Friendly and helpful staff and the prices are the best in town. The only downside is limited parking and I think the produce section could be better. Out of the 4 grocery stores in Gardner, Hannafords is my number 1 choice!!
I went shopping and I must say this is my favorite super market. They have name brand items, generic items and items made by themselves daily all at reasonable prices. They often have great coupons too so you can really get good savings. Everything is easy to find and right where you'd think it'd be and they have a large selection of food and ingredients. I love shopping here. The cashiers are very friendly as well.
With 3 or 4 other grocery store choices in the area, Hannys is a small, convenient reasonably priced place to do your grocery shopping. Fair prices, fresh produce and very helpful staff. It is the 1st choice for most locals.
A smaller sized market that has just about all of what you need. Due to it's smaller size it does not have amenities like a florist shop or pharmacy. Parking can also be a concern during peak times and holidays. With any luck this store will relocate to a soon to be abandoned supermarket at a nearby plaza.
Prices are okay but change a lot.. People are good but some visits I have had weren't the best because if u call out for help for something when I'm disabled and they call security because you r yelling when I walk with a cane n can't walk around to look anymore because not enough disabled carts for more than 2 people so I had to try and walk n they we're rude about yelling but was not screaming just saying my brothers name and saying I lost my brother n I needed the help but they don't tolerate anything think everybody acting wrong before they find out why n instead of being nice and asking me to keep it down and was not swearing they could have helped me and called for him over the intercom but no they threatened to kick me out after I got my food n hurt myself doing so n almost called the cops because while the security guard was yelling at me I didn't even know at this point they we're behind me as I was paying to leave n they actually said I had to leave my stuff after already went shopping without knowing why or anything and was very rude about it saying never to come back so u think about it before u go there could be nicer workers or security we're mean n workers were not helping me why I had to yell in the 1st place
