The dentists I've had are gentle, thorough in their work and always explain what they are about to do and what they feel needs to be done. Dr. Sanjay is a happy, respectful, and a very good professional dentist. I always look forward to seeing him. If you are looking for a dentist....try this place (Just make sure to hold up your end of the deal by not missing an appt, being on time and doing your best with your teeth)!
Apparently missing one appointment during a very stressful time in my life means they can kick my kids out and then tell the school nurse that my kids weren't allowed there due to MANY MANY missed appointment... Funny cuz they only ever even had 3 appointments and went to 2 of them... Cleanings are every 6 months. Started taking my kids there in May 2014. Their 6 month cleaning was in November 2014 and they went. It was their May 2015 appointment we accidentally missed and they didn't even give me a chance. Yet one time I went to one of my appointments to be told the time had been changed and they were sorry I wasn't made aware, that someone was supposed to call me. So I got there only to have to leave and come back later yet one missed appointment and they didn't care but I was supposed to just accept them rescheduling mine without telling me.
Don't EVER go here. It's very difficult to write a review without swear words for this place. I was told I had 12 cavities within a year, (I've had 1 in 29 years and I am obsessive with flossing and brushing). I guess it was my mistake for trusting them. He proceeded to drill the "worst ones", which he wasn't able to even show me on the x-ray . Nothing was documented properly, and the x-rays were not clear. I cannot chew or bite down on that side of my mouth now, and have to go elsewhere to get RAD's done again, and now the fillings fixed. They charged a ridiculous amount, with insurance covering a good portion.
Terrible experience. I had a wisdom tooth extraction preformed. The doctor had multiple surgeries going on at once. I was in extreme pain for over a week, I suspected a fractured jaw, and they only prescribed me two days worth of pain medication (800mg of Motrin). I tried to call multiple times to speak to the doctor who did my surgery, but he was to busy and never got back to me. I had to go to the emergency room. Only doctors with degrees from third world countries at this office. I am getting an HIV test to be on the safe side.
I'm shocked by some of the poor reviews. Here's my view... Because of dental insurance changes, I had to leave my long time dentist of many years. I was nervous and skeptical of a new dentist. Gardner dental took my insurance. I've now been with them for a number of years and it has only gotten better.
Overall, I would say the staff is great and friendly, the hygienists are thorough in their work and are always concerned with your comfort.
During my first visit, they also found a lot of little cavities and here too I was taken back when they wanted to fill them (being so little). But, I do believe it is a better approach as the cavity is filled and it does not decay any further. The attention and direction they give has made me step up my game with care of my teeth. No cavities for the last couple of years! :)

Initially, I too had missed an appt and was given a warning. It seemed somewhat harsh for a dentist's office, but I understand them having to make a point about missed appointments. They offered to give me reminders and I took it. So, now I get lots of reminders and don't miss an appt.
