Service is horrible. only stayed to eat here because my company pays for my meal here. Treat you like u don't exist.
Service here used to be good but going down hill fast. Ordered food 45 mins ago and still not here. Guess they have used to the money rhey get from Simplex that service is not high on there priorities.
Got seated and was not given water, bread or even menus, when we did get menus they left out the special menu. I had to get up to bring the attention we were seated for over a half hour in this state. Than proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for a server. This makes 50 minutes of not being served. Finally ordered watching the other tables that came behind us get their orders and bread and refills on drinks and leave before we even got our meal. Alfredo was bland and my husband's food was undercooked. And we still have not gotten any service to clear our plates though we have been trying to flag people down for 15 minutes. Worse service ever and the food was not even that great....
Looks cheaper online. Food is descent. Waited a long time before asking someone to wait on us but once they realized the wait staff was excellent
